Terms and Conditions

This contract determines the cooperation between cooleditors.com and our clients. The client obeys to follow the given contract. The client automatically agrees to the contact after placing the order with the website cooleditors.com

Agreement definitions are as follows:

“Company”, “We” or “Our”/”Ours” refer directly to cooleditors.com, and specify the company that provides editing and proofreading services;

“Website” means cooleditors.com;

“Customer”, “You”/ “Yours” refer to a recipient of a service/product provided by the Company in accordance with his/her requirements;

"Product" refers to any type of service ordered by the customer on the website cooleditors.com. The company offers: editing and proofreading services.

"Order" – the order can be placed through the website only. The client has to use a special order form on the website. Our company offers two payment methods: PayPal and Gate2Shop, the client chooses the payment method he/she would like to use. It takes 15-20 minutes to assign the order to a proper writer. The support team chooses the writer for the order depending on the order complexity, order instructions, deadline etc.

The company provides:

The company provides such services: proofreading and editing. The company does not complete any works from scratch. The client is obligated to provide the company with the content after he/she places the order, the content has to be edited or proofread by the writer of the company. By placing the order with cooleditors.com the client automatically agrees to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Revision Policy, Pricing Policy.

Adjustments to the Agreement:

We reserve a right, in our sole prudence, to make necessary changes to the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement. The company has a right to modify this Agreement at any suitable for us time. We might notify you about any changes to the Terms and Conditions, but this is totally customer’s responsibility to monitor any possible changes on the website cooleditors.com

License:

The client is not allowed to modify, change or download the content from the website, its parts or whatsoever without a permission from the Director of the company. The visitor or client is not permitted to distribute, use the content or company’s ideas, company’s logo or website design without a permission of the Director of the Company cooleditors.com.

Our visitors or clients are not permitted to copy any information from the website and transfer it to third parties.

The company does not guarantee that all content remains updated all the time. We reserve a right to modify the content of the website at any time we would have a need for that.

Our revision policy:

The client has a right to request for free unlimited revisions for the order he places with cooleditors.com. “Unlimited revisions” means that the client has a right to request for uncertain number of revisions within the next 10 days from the moment the first version of the paper was delivered to him/her. The client has a right to ask for writer’s reassignment only in case at least 3 revisions were made for the order.

In case the client wants a revision and 10 days from the moment of first delivery have passed, the client is obligated to pay 70% out of the initial order price.

The product ordered from the company cooleditors.com is intangible. The payment for a product (paper, essay, dissertation, content etc.) is non-refundable. The company does not guarantee money back for the order. The client places the order with the company for his/her own risk.

The company guarantees to follow the instructions of the order and deliver the paper on time. The company is not responsible for possible plagiarism detected in the paper (content) uploaded by the client.

Privacy Policy:

We need to collect some information from the client when he/she places an order on the website. The information we collect: name and last name, phone number and email address. Your personal information is 100% safe and secure. The company does not transfer clients’ information to any of the third parties. The customer is able to visit our website anonymously.

Customer’s information may be used in the next possible situations:

• When customer creates an account on the website

• For the company to make improvements on the website: feedbacks from the clients, testimonials etc.

• For processing transactions or orders- your information will not be transferred to any of the third parties, however you need to type in your personal information while you checking out on the payment page of PayPal or Gate2Shop. Also, we need to use your personal information in order to deliver you a completed work.

• To reach the customer in case of emergency or any questions

The services we provide can be ordered by people who are above 13 years old age. We have signed the agreement with COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act).

Our pricing policy:

All the prices we offer are stated in the section “Pricing” on the website cooleditors.com. The prices are fixed and cannot be changed by any circumstance. The company offers discounts to returned clients. The client can ask for a discount from the support team.

Website Design, Logo, Pictures:

The client is not permitted to copy or transfer, distribute any pictures, logos or website parts to any of the third parties. The company owns the logo, the pictures posted on the website, the content posted on the website, the information posted on the website and its parts.

THE CLIENT CONFIRMS:

By placing an order with cooleditors.com the client agrees with:

• The client will provide already drafted piece of work that should be edited or proofread by our writer.
• We use such citation styles: MLA, APA, Chicago, Turabian, Harvard, etc.
• Editing and proofreading services are provided by our freelance writers. The company leaves the right to assign the most suitable writer on the order depending on the choice of support team.
• The customer is obligated to choose a proper academic level for his/her work
• The client confirms that he/she will not copy, distribute or transfer any information or content from the website. The client confirms that he/she will not publish the information on the website to any other third parties.
• The client confirms that he/she will pay for the order right after the order is placed on the website. We will not start working on the order until it is paid.

Disclaimers:

Using our service is at your own risk. The company does not guarantee any mark or grade for a certain paper. The company is not liable for any consequence that might happen to the delivered product. You use the service only because of your desire to do so. We are not responsible to any damage created to the delivered product after it was delivered to the client.

Account on the website:

You have a right for a personal account with cooleditors.com. The right for your account will not be assigned to any other parties. You are responsible for your account information. Please, keep your password at a safe place. Do not share your login and password information to other third parties.

The Agreement between the client and the company cooleditors.com becomes valid after the customer visits the website, places an order or simply reads the website content for any personal needs.
